Police Alerts

  Bogota Police have issued several alerts in preparation for the possible of Hurricane Sandy effecting the local area.

- Alert: Governor Christie Declares State of Emergency

- High Wind Warning in effect from 6 a.m. Monday morning through 6 p.m. Tuesday evening. Please take all necessary steps to prepare for this weather event by removing all lawn ornaments, decorations, etc. which may become projectiles which will cause damage. 

- With an increase in luring incidents involving our youth the Borough of Bogota has expanded its' curfew restrictions as follows: 

Between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. from Sunday, October 28th through Thursday, November 1st Parents shall not allow unaccompanied juveniles to be in any public place during these hours. 

In edition, PARKING PERMISSIONS will not be accepted from Sunday through Thursday. All Residents are asked to keep vehicles off of roadways so that we may maintain roads and keep them safe.
