Columbus Day holiday. Schools will be closed. Most Borough Hall offices will be closed. and there will be no Monday Vegetative waste collection it will be collected on Tuesday 13- Oct. The regular collection days will be on Tuesday 13- October and Friday 16-October will not be affected.

The Makers Lab for Student in Grades 1-4 and 5-8 will be held starting at 4:00p to 5:00p

The next program in the Bogota Library's Smartypants Series will be a presentation of the Wit & Wisdom of Abraham Lincoln. This will be acted out by Mr. Robert Gleason portaiting The 16th President. This will take place in the Second Floor Seniors Center starting at 6:00p

The Bogota Library will host a Pumpkin painting event starting at 11:00a This is open to anyone who has their own Pumpkin to paint. The Library will supply the paints , and idea, Pumpkins (limit one per painter) must be brought by the artist.

The Bogota Public library have extended their fitness club Saturday session into September. The schedule starting time is still 10:30a to 11:30a. This will incorporate a number of different techniques from the "Team Beachbody® Fit Clubs". This will be a free event to anyone 18 years or older. All fitness levels are welcomed. Anyone who attends must bring their own Yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. Comfortable exercise clothes are recommended.
