Was the day before Christmas, and in parts of Bogota, motorist were cheering because a detour was over.
Down Ft.Lee Rd cars could now drive, all the way to Hackensack, in a blink of an eye.
Pass the old Hess site they could now travel, as long as the patch job did not to start to unravel.
Over the River and to the Mall, to buy some last minutes gift for one and all.
But alas all is not Sunshine and gleam... work on River Rd at Elm Ave will start in 2016.
