At the Bogota Borough Council meeting on Thursday 3-December Kathy Ferris was sworn in to be the next Councilwoman for Bogota. She was voted in to fill the seat that was vacated when then Councilwoman Lisa Kohles resigned her seat after the November Elections. Councilwoman Ferris will serve for one year, then that seat will be voted on in the General Elections in November 2016.
