Bogota Music

   Over the next few weeks there will be opportunities to hear the talent of the Students who attend schools in Bogota. Starting on Wednesday 18- May The 3rd through 6st grade Students  of the Steen Violin orchestra  will perform  their Spring Concert starting at 7:00p. This will be held in the school gymnasium.   The entrance to the gym is off Orchard Terrace Bogota, NJ
    The next day the Bixby Violin orchestra will perform  their Spring Concert starting at 7:00p. This will be held in the  Bixby school gymnasium.  This is also made up of the 3rd through 6st grade class. The entrance to the gym is at Maplewood and Fisher Ave Bogota, NJ . Both orchestras will be under the direction of Ms. Jeannie Murray.
   On Friday 20-May the Bogota High School Department of Music will host their Spring Concert. This will feature performances by the Concert band, and the Jazz band under the direction of Mr. Barry McCann. There will also be performance by the Full Choir, and the Women's and Men's Choirs. Along with a performance by the Women's Barbershop Choir the "La-De-Da's" All of these will be under the direction of Ms. Wendy Hughes. The Spring Concert will take place in the Bogota High School Auditorium beginning at 7:30p. Admission for all seats at $5.00. Bogota High School is located at 2 Henry Luthin Pl.
      On Tuesday-24-May the St.Joseph's School will hold their Spring Concert. This will take in the School gymnasium and begin at 7:00p The entrance is located at 131 E. Ft. Lee rd Bogota, NJ





      On Wednesday -25-May the Steen Hawk band will hold their Spring Concert in the Steen gymnasium.  This performance will start at 7:00p  The entrance to the gym is off Orchard Terrace Bogota, NJ



      The Bixby Bulldog band will perform on Thursday-26-May and will start at 7:00p. The concert will be held in the  Bixby school gymnasium.   The entrance to the gym is at Maplewood and Fisher Ave Bogota, NJ . Both the Steen and Bixby bands will be under the direction of Ms. Jeannie Murray.
