At the Football Home Opener on Saturday 17- September the Bogota Varsity Cheerleaders held a benefit for St. Jude's Hospital to help find a cure for Childhood cancer. They sold baked goods and took donations with the proceeds going to St.Jude's. For more information on how to donated please contact them at bogotabucscheer@gmail.com.
For their part of the halftime show they where joined by the Bogota Junior Bucs Cheerleading to perform for the Audience. The Junior Cheerleaders also joined the Varsity Squad along the sidelines during the game.
The other part of half time was the home premiere of the Bogota Marching Buccaneer Band " Black & White" program for 2016.
