The Trinity Lutheran Church in Bogota is continuing its " Souper Bowl" Challenge. Now that the teams for Super Bowl LI have been set their is still time to pick a favorite. By donating cans of soup an placing by your favorite team you will be assisting local Families in need. Their goal is to help support as many local families in need as possible. This will run from now to Sunday 5-February 2017. Any items to be donated may be brought to Trinity Church before, or after Sunday Worship services. Services are schedule to be held starting at 9:00a. Donation can also be dropped of at the church's office which is open Monday to Friday from 9:00a to 1;00p.
Other food items will be accepted during this challenge, with the main focus being cans of soup to proved a simple, hot meal for Families in need.
Trinity Lutheran Church is also hosting a Valentine Chocolate Dipping event. This will take place on Saturday 4-February from 6:00p to 8:00p This a free event open to the public of all ages. There will a change to cover snack items in chocolate , or to mold a peice of chocolate for yourself.
