The Bogota High School Senior Class of 2017 will hold their Commencement Ceremonies. Weather permitting it will be held at Fiegel Field starting at 6:30p. Fiegel Field is located at Feller Pl. Bogota, NJ. In case of inclimate weather it will be moved to the High School Gymnasium. Bogota High School is located at 2 Henry Luthin Pl. Bogota, NJ

On Friday-23 June Bogota Police Emergency Service Youth Academy will host a fundraising dinner starting at 7:00p. This will be held at the Bogota VFW Hall located at 241 W. Shore Ave. Bogota, NJ. Admission is $25 for Adults and $15 for Student with tickets available at the door. Proceeds from this dinner will go to help fund Class 07 . Included will be a Buffet Dinner along with highlights from past Academy Classes and raffle prizes. At this event the first 10 names will be announced to be Cadet for Class 07.

Bogota Beautiful will again host their Yoga in the Park classes. These will run every Saturday in May and June. Class will be one hour. These will take place each in Olsen Park and start at 9:00a. Classes will be led by a Professional Yoga instructor. These classes are open to anyone regardless of age, or experience. The classes will meet at the Bandshell in Olsen Park depending on the number of attendees classes may be held in the bandshell or on the lawn in front of the bandshell. Everyone you wishes to attend is required to provide their own mat, towels, and water. Comfortable clothing that will allowed free and ease of movement should be worn. This is free to the public, however it is asked to contact Bogota Beautiful at there website: bogotabeautiful.com to make a reservation for as many dates as you wish. The weekly " Meet the Mayor" event will take place in the office of Mayor Chris Keleman This is open to any Bogota resident who would to ask the Mayor a question about Bogota, or to discuss any matter to help improve the quality of life in the Borough. Anyone who wishes just to have an informal conversation with the Mayor is also welcome to attend. Meetings will be held on a first come basis. This will run from 5:00p to 7:00p in the Mayor's office. His office is on in Bogota Borough Hall located at 375 Larch Ave. Bogota, NJ.
