The Bergen County and the new Bridge Heath Centre is offering both covid-19 testing and vaccination at mobile site around Bergen County.  
All people taking a test must have proper identification, Accepted forms of ID are a driver’s license or identification card, Social Security card, passport, or birth certificate. For those without legal status, a foreign passport is accepted. Residents also have to show proof they live or work in Bergen County. An insurance card is also required, again residents who do not have health insurance will still be able to get tested.

 The organization Never Alone Again Domestic Violence Organization & Resource Center (NAAG)  will host a covid -19 testing site. This will run  every Saturday from 10:30 a to 1:00p. Please Provide ID & Medical Insurance. If you don’t have medical insurance please provide ID.

The Bogota VFW Ralph Hall post #5561, and the Bogota American Legion Clifford Dunn Post #117 has announced the schedule for their Memorial  Day celebrations for 2016. This year Memorial Day will be on Monday -31-May.  The Bogota VFW, American Legion and the Borough of Bogota will hold their Memorial Day Service starting at 11:00a. This will take place in front of Borough Hall located at 375 Larch Ave Bogota, NJ. This event is free and opened to the Public. 

Ridgefield Park, NJ

  Fire Department Memorial - Euclid Avenue & Cedar Street
Ridgefield Park Fire Department will hold their Annual Memorial Service starting at 9:00a
Veterans Memorial, Mt. Vernon & Euclid Avenue
Members of the Ridgefield Park American Legion Post 40 and VFW Members and Auxiliary will be conducting their Annual Memorial Day Services starting at 11:00 a

Teaneck, NJ

  The Township of Teaneck will hold their annual Memorial Day Observance on the Municipal Green starting at 11:00a. This is located at 818 Teaneck Rd. 

 The Cedar Ln Business District will hold their annual Street fair starting at 11:00a to 6:00p on Cedar Ln

This is Memorial Day weekend several closing have been announced. 
   - The Bogota Public Library will be closed on Saturday-29-May. They will reopen on Tuesday-1-June with regular hours.
 - The Schools of the Bogota Public School system will be closed. Regular on line classes will resume on Tuesday-1-June 
  - There will be no lawn waste collection on Monday- 31-May. The Bogota Recycling Center will be closed on Saturday-29 May. It will re-open on Tuesday-1-June
 - Borough Hall offices will be closed on Monday-31-May

This is Memorial Day weekend several closing have been announced.    
 - The Schools of the Ridgefield Park Public School system will be closed on Friday-28-May. Regular on line classes will resume on Tuesday-1-June 
   - Municipal Building offices will be closed on Monday-31-May

Teaneck

This is Memorial Day weekend several closing have been announced.    
 - The Schools of the  Teaneck Public School system will have a half day session on Friday-28-May. Regular on line classes will resume on Tuesday-1-June

The Ridgefield Park Elks lodge #1506 will host a Tuesday Night Dinner.
The dinner will be Baked Ham which will included Salad, Potatoes , Vegetables and Dessert. This is a $10.00 donation fee per order. Indoor seating will be available by reservation and pro-order only. Orders will be for in town deliveries only, and must be pre-order. This will start at 6:00p.

Arts Amble 2021

      On the weekend of Friday-Sunday 11, 12 & 13 of June 2021, Creative Bergen will be sponsoring its 2021 Art Amble. This will take place in many communities throughout Bergen County. The Arts Amble is a public event showcasing visual and performing artists in their studios or a public space. This county-wide event  that will welcome visitors from Bergen County, along with Northern New Jersey and New York to discover and support local artists.       The Arts Amble will consist of Artists' studios, galleries, exhibition and performance venues that will open their spaces for public viewing. The objective of this event is to directly support Bergen County's art community by showcasing local art and artists.  Creative Bergen is working in cooperation with Sustainable Jersey, and Bergen County HUB  to promote the Artist community in Bergen County.

  Bogota will be represented with an event in Olsen Park. This will take place on Saturday-12-June. It will take place in the picnic pavilion starting at 12:00 noon and run until 5:00p. This will feature a number of local artist showing their work in drawing, digital painting, photographer and other medium. Artist will display their works, with many available for purchase. This will be hosted by Bogota Beautiful and the Bogota Creative Arts team. For more information please visit their website at: www.bogotabeautiful.com

   Ridgefield Park will hold Summer Arts Festival. This will take place on Grove St. next to the Municipal Building.  This will be on Saturday-12-June starting at 6:00p. Tables and setting will be provided for dinning use with food order from nearby restaurants. The Ridgefield Park Civic Centre will also be open to view works by local artist.  This is located at 159 Park Ave. Ridgefield Park, NJ.
