The ARC of Bergen, & Passaic Counties will hold their 16th annual walk for Children and Adults with intellectual and development disabilities in Olsen Park. This year the event will take place on Sunday 2-June.
Registration will begin at 9:30a, with the walk it's self starting at 10:30a . Located at 162 W. Main St. in Bogota , NJ
The ARC is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide and maintain a full,& independent life style within their own communities. ARC provides advocacy, community education, direct services, and customized support for those people, and their families, who have an intellectual and other disabilities. There will be live music, games, face painting, and other actives, before , during ,and after the walk.
There are a number of way citizens can contribute to The ARC. One is to be an event sponsor. Another is to raise money from pledges for how many miles are walked.
