Bogota Board of Education

 
  On Tuesday-14-May, the Bogota Board of Education held their Work Session meeting for the Month. During his reports Superintendent Mr. Damian Kennedy said that a second round of bidding for the Sports Complex has been sent.
 During this meeting, a number of items were voted on. All resolutions were passed by unanimous vote. Items of note was to approve the appointment of Ms. Priscilla Ortiz as the new Principal at the E. Roy Bixby School for the start of the 2024-25 School Year. Another item was to Authorize and Approving a Shared Services Agreement between the Board of Education and the Borough of Bogota related to the Oscar E. Olsen Park fields.
  More resolutions were open to discussions, and moved to be considered at the next Board of Education meeting
  The next meeting will be on Tuesday-21-May at 7:00p This will be held in the High School Cafeteria located on the second floor of 2 Henry Luthin Pl. and online.
