-RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THIS MORNING TO 8 PM EDT
THIS EVENING FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR
THE STATE OF NJ.
* AFFECTED AREA...Passaic, Hudson, Bergen, Essex, and Union
  counties.
* TIMING...11 AM to 8PM
* WINDS...Northwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts between 25 and 30
  mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 to 30 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...In the mid 60s.
* IMPACTS...The combination of dry conditions, low humidity, and
  gusty winds will result in favorable conditions for the rapid
  spread of fires this afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS.
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are expected or occurring. A combination of strong winds, low
relative humidity, and dry fuels will create a significantly
elevated fire growth potential.
