The Beetch Barn

On Saturday-9-March a new business, in Bogota, held their Grand Opening. The Beetch Barn at 38 W. Ft. Lee Rd is a Craft and Sip Studio to create personalized item. Owner Ms. Robin Aldridge calls herself crafty and enjoys working with her hands. She has created homemade decorations for friends and family, but then started to get request for items for other. This led to receive order online.  This allowed her to expand and purchase more equipment. Her business then grew to include Laser cutters, Embroidery, Sewing Machines.  Living in Little Ferry Ms. Aldridge began to look for a space to fir her needs.  As the Bogota Antique District started to change, she found an opening that close to home and near transportation into New York.
The Studio has two long tables to work on, with chairs on one side and space between so Ms. Aldridge, and her staff can quickly help the crafters when needed. All of the crafts are laser cut offsite. This lets the creator work at their own pace. There is a large variety of paint colors in pots and bottles and acrylic paint markers to choose from. Along with markers and colored pencils that show up as beautiful watercolors on wood. Her goal is to show any wood be crafter, no matter what skill level a person has, they will walk out with a piece you can be proud of.  After a ceremonial ribbon cutting the opening friends from the area and a number of people from The Arc of Bergen & Passaic Counties, where she worked for 11 years started to work on items to take home for a remembrance.
The Beetch Barn is available for Student workshops in the late morning to early afternoon. There is also groups and individual sessions with evening hours available. Along with Mini-Party Packages that can be scheduled.
Ms. Aldridge plans to incorporate Fundraisers into her studio. She hopes to see kids walking past the studio to know they can open the door and come in for a drink of water, after school snack or even use the bathroom. They can also ask for help or advice. For more information, or to reverse a time please go to: or call the studio at 201-546-7977.
