Snow. The snow could be heavy at times. Areas of blowing snow after 10pm. Low around 30. Wind chill values between 15 and 25. Windy, with a north wind 13 to 18 mph increasing to 21 to 26 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 43 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 9 to 13 inches possible.

...BLIZZARD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM SUNDAY TO 6 PM EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations
  between 12 and 18 inches, highest towards the NYC metro. Winds
  gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Northeast New Jersey.

* WHEN...From 1 PM Sunday to 6 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
  blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make
  travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. The strong
  winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and
  could cause sporadic power outages. Travel could be very difficult
  to impossible. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
  visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday
  morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds are expected Sunday evening
  through Monday afternoon.

Weather alert from the Bogota Police Department:
Due to the impending snowstorm, overnight parking will not be allowed tonight and until further notice. Vehicles may only park in designated overnight areas and the west side of Larch Ave, between the Teaneck border and Munn Ave. 
 Starting at 6:00a Sunday 26-Feb there will be no parking restriction on any roadways and once 2 inches have fell, vehicles will be subject to impound and summons.
Weekend forecasts call for over 12+ in. of snowfall Sunday-22-February to Monday-23- February 23.
This to allow DPW to properly plow and clear roadways, street parking will be suspended beginning at 6am Sunday morning until further notice.  Please remember to clear snow from all sidewalks and corners.  Please ensure that all vehicles are cleared of snow and ice before operating on public roadways.  For more information please visit www.bogotaonline.org or contact the Bogota Police Department.
