On Tuesday-25-August the Bogota Soccer Bucs continue their preseason training in Feigel Field. Third year Coach Mr. Terrance Savill at the helm and assisted by Mr. Allan Marquez working with 37 players on the field. This number of players will allow Bogota to field full Varsity and Junior Varsity teams for the 2026 season.
This day focused on entering the offensive zone and quickly finding space to shoot the ball. Or finding an open teammate to take a clear shot on target.
The second half of the practice the Varsity team had the Offence taking on the Defense. The play would continue until one side scored. This made the attacking squad to keep playing even if the defense took away the ball. The defenders needed to, not only stop the offence, but to also score themselves.
The Junior Varsity players would take turns to go one on one against the Goalkeeper. The players would take passes from Coach Marquez at a quicken pace, so the attackers needed to find the opportunity sooner. This also force the Goaltender to be ready with little, or no, time between shots.
This season Bogota is in the National Division with Lodi, Palisades Park, Secaucus, and Weehawken.

The Bucs Home opener will be on Thursday-3-September when they host Paterson Charter School. This will have a 4:00p Kick-off. This will be on Feigel Field at the Bogota Athletics Complex.
