Daniele Fede

   In the April 2020 edition of New Jersey Monthly Magazine  Daniele Fede (Cervino) was listed for the fifth year as  "Super Lawyer" in her field.  Ms Fede specializes in  Environmental Law with the firm on Beattie Padovano. Her experience with this work has been beneficial for the Borough of Bogota. As a member of Bogota Council, Committee member to the Bogota Environmental Commission, the Bogota Green Team, and a part of Bogota Beautiful she has assisted in the Borough obtaining financial support for open space projects in the Borough. 
  The fifth year as  "Super Lawyer" is added to other honours such as: Recipient of the 2009/2010 Women of the Year Award from National Association of Professional Women ,  Recipient of the 2008 Economic Outlook Business Development Award from Morris County Chamber of Commerce, and the New Jersey Real Estate Magazine’s “Women of Influence in Real Estate” in 2007 & 2008.

Teaneck Update

4-April-2020

  Updates from the township of Teaneck. 
 It was announce that the Regular Council meeting scheduled for Monday-6-April has been canceled. No make-up date has been set.
   Tuesday-7-April-2020 is the last day to register to vote in the upcoming Teaneck Township Council municipal election. The Municipal Election day is Tuesday-12-May-2020, this election will take place with mail-in ballots only.  This is by order New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy. The Bergen County Board of Election will mail to all register voter in Teaneck starting on Monday-13-April. Completed ballots must be mailed back, and postmarked by Tuesday-12-May in order to be eligible to count.

  On Sunday-5-April Teaneck Mayor Mohammed Hameduddin, along with Deputy Mayors Elie Katz & Mark Schwartz, will be hosting an Community Interfaith call. This is scheduled to start at  3:00p.  Also participating will be leaders from different faiths on this day will include:

Mayor Fosdick's update.

 On Friday-3-April the Village of Ridgefield Park's Mayor George Fosdick gave an update on the current health situation.  This was broadcast on the Ridgefield Park Office of Emergency Management's facebook page.

  Some of the main points Mayor Fosdick made was to announced that the election for the Board of Commissioners scheduled on Tuesday-12-May-2020 will take place with mail-in ballots only.  This is by order New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy. The Bergen County Board of Election will mail to all register voter in Ridgefield Park by Friday-24-April. Completed ballots must be mailed back, and postmarked by Tuesday-12-May in order to be eligible to count.
 Another point made was meeting schedule for the Village Government. Both the Caucus meeting on Thursday- 9 & 23 -April and Regular meeting on Tuesday-14 & 28-April will be held by teleconference.  To take part in these meeting please call 978-990-5000 using code: 331392. The Caucus meetings are schedule to begin at 7:00p, with the Regular meetings starting at 7:30p
  Mayor Fosdick also announced that all Village Parks will remain open for walking only. And that all Bergen County will remain closed at all time.  One final item he mention was that anyone, when possible to self transport to any medical facility as needed. Resident who self transport will ease the burden on the Local police, Fire, and Ambulance personnel in the area.
