Bucs Baseball

    The Bogota Baseball Bucs used their speed to get a 13-8 over Elmwood Park on Saturday 11-April. The game was played at the Fiegel Field Baseball Diamond and saw the Bucs  move runners into score positions when the opportunity presented itself.  It was done  by stealing second, then third base, or well placed bunts the Bucs scored in each of the first four innings. A 4 run fourth inning capped by a Nic Calabia Home Run gave Bogota a lead they would not give up. Ralphy Gil came on in relief to pitch a scoreless seventh to seal the victory.
  This win move Bogota over .500 with a record of 3-2. Their next game is against Paterson Charter School on Thursday 17- April. They also have a home game at the Fiegel Field Baseball Diamond on Monday 20- April against Midland Park. The first pitch is scheduled for 4:00p.
  The Bogota Lady Bucs Softball team next scheduled game is on Monday 20- April at Midland Park with a 4;00p start.
