On Wednesday-20-December St. Joseph's School performed their annual Winter Concert. This years theme was Christmas music from around the World. The Preschool Students sang songs celebrating the Night before Christmas. The Kindergarten and First Grade Classes featured music from Latin America. Grades 2 & 3 sang spiritual song in the original Latin which can still be recognized today. The Fourth and Fifth had songs from Europe and also Hawaii.
The Sixth and Seventh Grade Classes told the story of the Christmas truce of 1914 during the First World War. The Performance climaxed with the Eighth Grade Class recreating the story of the Nativity and the birth of Jesus Christ
