Senior Night part 2

 1-February-2024

 The Bogota-Ridgefield Park Scarlet/Bucs had their second of two Senior Nights for 2024. This was held in Speary Gym at Bogota High School. They face the Lodi Rams. Before the match start the five Seniors for Lodi Omar Asfour, Andre Parrage, Ryan Mastrofillpo, Keir Fuller and Peter Rossi were introduced to the audience. The Scarlet/Bucs asked the 13 Seniors to step forward.  They were Daniel Vela, John Canada, Marvin Madera, Wilson Gamez, Freddy Tavarez, Hilary Toro Medina, Oscar Estevez, Jayden Lemire, Nick Buda, Josh Gesmundo, Bree Cooney, Derek Martinez, and Carlos Castellon. 

  The evening saw 10 of the 14 scheduled bouts taking place. Bogota-Ridgefield Park would win the match by a score of 54-19. The Scarlet/Bucs would get pinfall wins from Daniel Vela at 113 lbs., Marvin Madera at 120 lbs., Freddy Tavarez, at 132 lbs., Kevin Velasquez at 144 lbs., Jaden Lemire at 150 lbs., and Nicholas Buda at 157 lbs.,   The Rams' Omar Asfour at 113  

lbs. recorded their one Pinfall. Vargas Giovanni at 106lbs scored a Major Decision with a score of 10-1. Ryan Mastrofillpo at 138 lbs., Peter Rossi at 190 lbs., and Zakaria Sisaber all won by Decision.

 The Scarlet/Bucs now have a record of 7-7. Thier next match is Friday-2-February against Verona at Bogota High School in the Speary Gym. The first Bout scheduled for 7:00p
