 Scores and Highlights from Bogtoa High School sports
 The Bucs Wrestling Squad lost their match at Emerson on Wednesday 15-Jan by a score of 21-55. Nour Ward scored the only Pin Fall for the Bucs.   On Friday  17- Jan Bogota won it's match against Waldwick at Speary Gym. This moves their record to 5-3 with their next Match on Saturday 25- Jan  at Ridgefield Park as that also take on Rutherford & Ft. Lee starting at 10:00a.
 The Boys Basketball  team, on Thursday,  lost at Hawthorne Christian by the score of 51-63 Their record is now 1-8 . Danny Connors had a game high of 21 Points, and Brain Lukabu record 7  Rebounds in the game. They next play at Speary game against Waldwick on Tuesday 21- Jan with a tip-off time scheduled for 4:00p.
  The Lady Bucs Basketball team recorded their first win of the season and the first win for new Coach Damion Kennedy. Bogota beat Hawthorne Christian by a score of 36-27 at Speary Gym. The Lady Bucs took an eleven point first quarter lead and never trailed the rest of the game. They put on a full court pressure on on the Lady Defenders which kept them from coming back into the game. Stephanie Perpepaj was the leading scorer with 14 Points. The Lady Bucs play a Friday Afternoon game at Speary Gym against Queen of Peace then have their next league game at Waldwick on Tuesday 21- Jan  starting at 4:00p
