Weather Summary for the Local Tri-State Region:
Following an early morning cold frontal passage, skies will clear
with gusty west to southwest winds of 25 to 35 mph. High temperatures
will top out in the lower 70s, which is still a few degrees above
normal. It will be considerably less humid. Wind gusts will then
diminish tonight with lows in the upper 40s well inland to the
upper 50s at the coast.
Dry and mild weather will prevail on Thursday ahead of an approaching
cold front. Highs will be a bit warmer with readings in the lower
to mid 70s.
A frontal wave will bring a chance of rain into the area Thursday
night into Friday, followed by cool, dry weather for the weekend.
