On Thursday-3-Novemebr the #1 Seed Bogota Lady Bucs Volleyball team hosted the #4 Saddle Brook Lady Falcons. This was a Semifinal Match of the 2022 New Jersey Interscholastic Athletic Association Women's Volleyball North Jersey, Section 1, Group 1 Tournament, and played at Speary Gym. Saddle Brook served first, and Bogota regained service scoring the first point of the match. Lady Bucs' Angelina Buhler then help her team to a 6-0 lead. Bogota would play a type of "hurry up offense" where they would quickly serve again after a point had been made. This would increase their lead to 9-1 and then double digits at 15-5. They would win the set by a score of 25-7.

Bogota's Mia Pimentel had the first serve in the second set and lead the Lady Bucs to a 6-0 lead. Saddle Brook adjusted their defense and cut the Bogota lead in half. Angelina Buhler then served as part of a five point run and a 11-3 advantage. With Bogota standing withing in one point of a match win Lady Falcons Abigail DePeri serving kept Saddle Brook in the set. Bogota would then get the final point winning the set 25-13 and the Match 2-0.
Bogota's Angelina Buhler had a Match, and Career high with 16 Kills each. Madelynn Faber had 2 Kills for the Lady Falcons. Ms. Buhler also had a Match high with 10 Service Points with two Aces. Abigail DePeri had a team high with 8 Service Points for the Lady Falcons. Mia Pimentel led all players with 26 Assists and 2 Aces for the Lady Bucs. Stella Cahill Slowik scored 2 Assist for the visitors. Gianna Estevez recorded had 14 Digs for the Lady Bucs. With Ki Abigail DePeri having 8 Digs. Saddle Brook's Madelynn Faber recorded a match high with 3 Blocks. Bogota's Seniah Burrell had 2 Blocks.
Bogota's record is now 25-2. Their next match is on Monday-7-November. #1 Bogota will host #3 Cresskill at Speary Gym for the 2022 New Jersey Interscholastic Athletic Association Women's Volleyball North Jersey, Section 1, Group 1 title. The First Serve is scheduled for 5:00p
