Bogota/Ridgefield Park Wrestling

  Over the pass weekend the Bogota/Ridgefield Park Scarlet Bucs would compete in 4 matches.  On Friday-8-February they would travel to Becton to face  the Wildcats.  The Scarlet Bucs would win this match by a score of 58-24. Of the 8 bouts competed Bogota/Ridgefield Park would win 6 of them. John Perez  at 138 lbs, Matthew Levesque at 160 lbs,  Ian Cabrera at 170 lbs Louis Culala at 182 lbs and  Eris Rosario  at 220 lbs would record Pin Falls. Kevin Flores would score a Major Decision victory.
  On Saturday -11- February Bogota/Ridgefield Park would host a Quad Meet at Speary Gym. This included teams from Cresskill, Old Tappan , and Waldwick/ Midland Park. 
  The Scarlet Bucs would lose to Cresskill by a score of 61-18 with Adam Albino at 106 lbs and John Perez  at 138 lbs winning by Pin Fall. They would also suffer at 26-48 to Old Tappan. Bogota/Ridgefield Park would 4 of the 10 bouts competed.  Adam Albino at 106 lbs, and Matthew Levesque at 160 lbs  with  Pin Falls.  Andre Ruiz at 132 lbs would score a Technical Fall 19-4, and Gabriel Nunez would win by a 5-4 Decision.  Against Waldwick/ Midland Park the Scarlet Bucs get at 54-12 win, Bogota/Ridgefield Park would win 4 of the five bouts that took place with Adam Albino at 106 lbs, John Perez  at 138 lbs, and Eris Rosario  at 220 lbs  with each getting a Pin Fall. Andre Ruiz at 132 lbs would win by a 6-2 Decision.
  Bogota/Ridgefield Park 's record is now 11-14.
