   The Bogota Creative Arts Team (CAT)  online survey is available.  This is to learn how to develop a plan of action in-order to improve the expansion of arts and culture opportunities with-in the Borough.  
 The survey is available now and the Public is encouraged to participate. This will allow the residents of Bogota to express their felling and thoughts on how the Bogota CAT can best serve the Public interest.

 The Bogota Public Library will host a  Friday  virtual craft ideas workshop, which can be done at home.  This is schedule to start at 3:00p. Saturday-18-July

 The Bogota  Environmental Commission will host its the annual Shred Day event this will take place from 9:00a to 1:00p. At this event plastic bags, that can no longer be recycled, will be collected by the Trex Corporation which will donate a new park bench, made from recycled materials  This is  a free service open to Bogota residents. There will be a shredding truck present which will allow residents to safely  dispose of any personally , or sensitive paper document they may have. This is also a more environmentally friendly way of disposing of those documents. Paper is feed into a secure truck while being shredded then the truck transport the shredded paper to a processor which turns the paper into a fine dust, or powder which is then recycled into various paper products.This will be held at the Bogota Recreation Center located at 162 W. Main St. Bogota, NJ.

Black Box Performing Arts Center will be hosting a virtual open mic by Skeeball Jerry. 
He will be available  to answer all of your burning questions. From survival tips, to dating advice, to fun facts about the Skeeball Master himself - Jerry's got the answers!

Monday-13 to Friday-17-July

 The Bogota Public Library will will have its front lobby and restroom refreshed. This means there will no picking up of items from the Library this week.
Requests will still be processed online and by phone, and pickups will be scheduled when possible.

The Bogota Library will host a virtual Fairy Tale Trivia Challenge scheduled to start at 8:00a to Midnight. This will continue to Wednesday-15-July. This is a test to  see how well people know classic fairy tale triviaThe challenge is open to everyone regardless of age. be the start of the Library's Summer reading program. The quiz can be accessed at https://forms.gle/nmb4kwJ6BYVGPfKC6. Click the link, fill out the online quiz, and share your results on the Library's Facebook page (optional). It's not as easy as you think! The quiz can be filled out more than once so everyone in the family can join.
The winner will be announced on our Facebook page on Thursday-16-July.

As part of their Summer Reading  program the Bogota Library will host Fairy Tale Story Writing Challenge. The goal of this program is to bring people of all ages together to share their very own Fairy Tale Stories.
Stories will be shared as a whole at a later date this summer! Submissions will be accepted until Saturday-18-July.

   St. Joseph Church in Bogota again will offer their Sunday Service in person. The number of participant will be limited. The Church will have a registration system allowing individuals to sign up and attend Mass. The Bogota Library will offer Fairy Tale celebration curbside kids crafts. Every Monday starting at 10:00a they will be putting out brown bags filled with the materials needed to create a weekly craft. Bags will be placed outside on the curbside pickup table. No registration or reservations needed. Simply pass by the library and grab a bag for your child. Please note that craft bags are available on a first come, first served basis.
