SUNDAY.

Rain, snow, and sleet, becoming all snow after 1pm. Temperature falling
 to around 23 by 5pm
 Wind chill values between 5 and 15. Breezy, with a northwest wind
around 24 mph, with gusts as high as 41 mph. 
Chance of precipitation is 100%.
 Total daytime snow and sleet accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.

Tonight
A 30 percent chance of snow before 7pm. Mostly cloudy during the early 
evening, then gradual clearing,
with a low around 21. Wind chill values between 5 and 10. Breezy, 
with a west wind 15 to 23 mph,with gusts as high as 44 mph

-WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM EST THIS MORNING TO 4 AM
EDT SUNDAY.

-Northwest winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
  expected.

-Portions of northeast New Jersey, southern Connecticut
  and southeast New York.

-From 11 AM EST this morning to 4 AM EDT Sunday.

-WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM THIS
MORNING TO 7 PM EST THIS EVENING.

-Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches.
  Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

-Portions of northeast New Jersey.

-From 9 AM this morning to 7 PM EST this evening.

-Plan on slippery road conditions.

- ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures will fall quickly late this
  morning into this afternoon resulting in a quick freezing of any
  standing water.
