Bogota Library Survey

  Bogota Public Library is planning for the future and is looking for assistance from the Public. They are in the process of developing our next strategic plan to help guide the direction of the library over the next few years. The Survey will provide valuable input to the strategic plan and should take less than 10 minutes to complete. Please help us improve your library by sharing your ideas and opinions. We appreciate your time and feedback very much.

  All responses can remain anonymous, or you can submit and email address and contact information at the end of the survey to be entered into a drawing for an Amazon Fire HD Plus tablet.
  The survey can be completed online using a computer or mobile device with an Internet browser by going to: https://bogotapubliclibrary.org/community-survey/

We will also have print copies available at the library. Print copies can be returned to: Bogota Public Library, 375 Larch Ave., Bogota, NJ 07603.
