On Thursday-31-October Children of Bogota took to the sidewalks dressed as their favorite character and looked for some treats. Again this year the Bogota Police Department closed Larch Ave from W. Main St to the Teaneck border to provide a safe path for Families to travel on. Larch Ave was closed early which allowed a dryer environment to explore the decorated houses . Even with an overcast sky there was plenty of light to walk around in comfort.
