Bogota Cross Country

     On Saturday-10-September the Bogota Cross County Bucs opened their 2022 season at the Season Opener Invitational meet at the Darlington Park Racecourse. Bogota fielded a small team with only the Freshmen Woman having a whole team, with five runners competing. 

For the Lady Bucs Varsity Squad, Amandine Fernandez would place 6th, Isabel Michel finish 9th and Denisse Sotomayor coming in at 40th place. The Men's Varsity Squad only have one competitor, Dillon Benipayo placing at number 74th.

The Junior Varsity Women's team saw Anabel Jimenez finished 35th. There was not a Men's team running in this division.

The Lady Bucs Freshmen won their meet placing four runners in the top five.  Ana Michel coming in at second place. she was followed by, in-order, Taitum Sandoval - Diaz, Cristina Ter - Meliksetian, and Fergie Onate. With Kathleen Aparicio placing 25th overall. The one Men's Freshmen runner was Zohaib Syed finishing 6th overall. 

 The next compete on Wednesday-14-September at Darlington Park. The first meet will start at 5:00p
