Bogota Sports

  The teams from Bogota played those from Emerson on Tuesday-7-February.  The Men's team traveled to Emerson. The first quater ended with Bogota holding a three Point over the Cavaliers.  The the Bucs took over the game by out scoring Emerson by 12 Points to take a  31-16 into half time. Bogota pick-up were they left at the restart by building their lead to 57-28 on their way to a 62-46 win. Chris Castillo led all scores with 19 Point with Deiker Padrino and Tim Uzor add 4 Three Point baskets a piece. Bogota's record is now 12-5. They next play Palisades Park on Thursday-9-February at home on the Jay Mahoney Court with a tip-off scheduled for 7:00p.

   The Lady Bucs played the Lady Cavaliers at home on the Jay Mahoney court and suffer a 25-53 loss. Emerson pressured Bogota early and often to force turnover which lead to Emerson scoring. Bogota could not keep up with the taller, faster Lady Cavaliers who built  a 22 Point after the first eight minutes.  Emerson kept control of the game and never allowed Bogota to build any  momentum
  Tatiana Bruno had a team high of 12 Points. Amanda Schlosser and Sara Rigatti each recording on Three Point Basket. Bogota's record is now 2-15. They next travel to Palisades Park on Thursday-9- February for game starting at 5:30p
