On Tuesday-26- March the Bogota Planning Board approved the application to erect an electronic bill board at 44 Queen Anne Rd in Bogota. This is scheduled to be attached to the side of the building that use to be the Queen Anne Theatre. It now houses the dry cleaning business call Rainbow Cleaners. This will be facing traffic that is traveling on route I-80. One feature of this installation is the structure will have a repeater system attached to it. This repeater will boost the call signal to the Volunteer Emergency Service member living it that area. The current signal does not have the addition power needed to contact those members to respond in a timely manner.
The application now goes to the Borough Building Dept for permits.
The next Planning board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday-9-April starting at 7:30p. This will be held in the Council Chambers located on the second floor of 375 Larch Ave. Bogota NJ This meeting is open to the public.
