 The organization Never Alone Again Domestic Violence Organization & Resource Center (NAAG)  will host a covid -19 testing site. This will run  every Saturday from 10:30 a to 1:00p. Please Provide ID & Medical Insurance. If you don’t have medical insurance please provide ID.

The Teaneck Recreation Department will hold it's Fourth of July Celebration
The Township Parade will start at 9:30a along Queen Anne Rd and continuing to Votee Park
Actives will begin at 10:00a  and be held at the Richard Rhoda Centre.
A Concert  by Total Soul will be held at the Votee park Band Shell and is scheduled to begin at 12:30p
   


Monday-5-July
Bogota
-Bogota Borough Hall will be closed in honour of the Fourth of July Holiday. It will re-open again on Tuesday -6-July at its regular hours.
-The Village of Ridgefield Park's Municipal Building will be closed in honour of the Fourth of July Holiday. It will re-open again on Tuesday -6-July at its regular hours.
- The Township of Teaneck
 Municipal Building will be closed in honour of the Fourth of July Holiday. It will re-open again on Tuesday -6-July at its regular hours.

Monday-5-July
Ridgefield Park, NJ
 The Village of Ridgefield Park will hold their annual Fourth of July Celebration. This will begin with the Baby and Youth Parade. This will begin at 9:00a and be held at Euclid Ave and Poplar St.
 The 127th  annual Civic Parade will start  at 11:30a, beginning at Preston and Hudson St. Then will head South on Main St to Brewster Ave. Before the Civic Parade there will be a reading of the Declaration of Independence and Flag raising ceremony. This is scheduled to begin at 7:30a and be held at the Memorial Plaza  Located at Euclid Ave and Mt Vernon St Ridgefield Park, NJ.
 There will be an Evening Concert and Fireworks presentation held at Veterans's Park stating at 7:30p

The Bogota Public library will have a Summer Reading Craft Kits available from 4:00p-8:00p. Pick up a craft kit that celebrates our summer reading theme of Tails & Tales. All kits are first come, first serve and one per child. Share photos on our weekly posts on Facebook @bogotalibrarynj

    The next Concert in the McGowan Park  is scheduled to start at 7:00p in McGowan Park located on the Bergen Turnpike in Ridgefield Park, NJ It is advised that anyone attending bring their own lawn chairs ,or blankets.  The concerts will take place every Wednesday until 25-August. The coaches from Bogota High School football team and the Bogota Recreation Commission will hold a Young Buc football Clinic. This will be held at Feigel Field and start at 6:00p  This is open to Students from 2rd to 8th grade would want improve their football skills. This will be run by Bogota Varsity Football Coach Brain Apppleton. He will be assisted by members of his coaching staff and some varsity football players. This will take place on at Fiegel Field with no charge.
Any players signing up for the 2021 Recreation Fall Football season that day will be given a discounted entry fee.

    The Teaneck Farmers Market  will open for the 2021 Season. This will be every Thursday until October. The Market is located at in the Parking lot at Garrison Ave. & Beverly Rd.  It is open from 12:00 noon to 6:00p

   The Bogota Band Parents sponsored its annual town wide garage sale. For a donation  of $15.00 to the Bogota Marching Buccaneer Band residents received a lawn sign to show their support of the marching band. Participants were also listed on the official sale map as well as listed in the classified section of local papers. Bargain seekers traveled the streets of Bogota to find those item  that may be special to them.

  The Bogota Band Parents is another group of Families who  join together to help fund the High School program when School fund are not available.  Some of the help provided is trip planning and addition transportation to away football game, and Band competitions. Providing  chaperoning for trips and other items needed to a successful Band program.
