On Wednesday-27-December the Bogota Lady Bucs hosted the Ft. Lee Bridgewomen in an opening round Varsity game of the Jay Mahoney Jam Fest. This was played on the Jay Mahoney Court in Speary Gym. The Lady Bucs would score the first three points of the game. Ft. Lee then scored the next four to have a 4-3 lead. Bogota then recorded another 3 points only to have the Bridgewomen take an advantage at 7 to 6. The first quarter ended with Ft. Lee have a 12 -6 lead. They grew the margin to 21-7 by half time. Ft. Lee went on to win the game by a score of 54-28. Emma Fowler was the top scorer with 20 Points including a game high of 6 Three Point Baskets. Ft. Lee's Iliana James led her team with 15 Points with 2 Three Points Baskets. Eleanor Yoo had 2 Three Points Baskets.

Bogota's record is now 2-3. They next play in the consolation game on Friday-29-December against Promise Academy. This will be held in the Hackensack Recreation Center located at 116 Holt St. Hackensack, NJ the tip-off is scheduled for 1:30p
