Fireworks

  On Friday residents of Bogota gathered in Olsen Park to watch the Fireworks over the Hackensack River.













Due to the Weather some events had to reschedule. 
Tenafly, NJ
 The Tenafly town wide celebration will be held Saturday 5- July at the Roosevelt Common. Starting at 10:00a to 3:00p.  Roosevelt Commons is located along Riveredge Rd at Jefferson Ave. Tenafly , NJ. Their fireworks event will now be held on Sunday 6-July and will be held behind Tenafly High School  scheduled to start at 9:00p   Tenafly High School is located at Hickory Ave. and Westerly Dr. in Tenafly , NJ.

River Edge, NJ
The Family Fair in Veterans Memorial Park  will be held on Saturday 5-July starting  at 12:30p to 4:30p  Veterans Memorial Park is located at 215 Continental Ave. River Edge , NJ

Englewood, NJ

Celebration and fireworks have been postponed until July 9 at 7:30 p.m. at Dwight Morrow High School, 274 Knickerbocker Road.

Vintage Baseball at New Bridge Landing

Love baseball? Love history? Step back into yesteryear when the Bergen County Historical Society hosts an old-time game with the Brooklyn Eckford & Flemington Neshanock in the meadow at Historic New Bridge Landing in River Edge.
Experience the crack of wood against leather, the cheers and jeers of the crowd, and baseball the way great-grandpa saw it, when these reenactor teams play with 19th century rules, equipment, and uniforms in an open field. A great way for the family to enjoy America's game!
Watch for Casey at the Bat at this first big event in The Meadow, make sure to bring a hat, blanket or chair, and sunscreen. Historic New Bridge Landing, 1201 Main Street, River Edge. Admission: $10 adults, $5 children, BCHS members free.
Enter at the corner of Hackensack Avenue & Main Street. Hot dog vendor scheduled for area in front of the Campbell-Christie House, the gift shop will be open with new items including a BCHS t-shirt. Cooks will be in the out kitchen. Short walking tours by BCHS interpreters available.Refreshments available: Two food trucks will be on-site.
