On Friday 8-August. The Bogota Swim Club hosted their "Camp-out" at the pool. With over a dozen tents set-up on the lawn Families settled in for a Mid-Summer evening under the stars. Campers were first treated to a showing of the movie "Frozen"  on an inflatable screen.  While others enjoyed a night of  swimming,  diving, and splashing after hours. When the movie ended a long "Slip & Slide" was opened up to all who wanted to challenge it.  Also available was a chance to play play some water volleyball. After Midnight the swimming was ended for the evening , with snacks & Smores offered until Light -outs.
Pool Manager Jeff Clark talked about how the evening is meant to be more of a Community event than fundraiser. He continued to say  just giving giving the residents something different for a night , and watching people enjoy themselves is a good enough reason. Mr. Clark was happy that the weather was one that helped make the evening enjoyable.
