    Tonight: Snow, mainly after 8pm.  Low around 25. Wind chill values between 15 and 20. Northeast wind 6 to 14 mph.  Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.

    Monday: Snow. The snow could be heavy at times.  High near 29. Wind chill values between 10 and 15. Blustery, with a northeast wind 16 to 23 mph, with gusts as high as 38 mph.  Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 7 to 11 inches possible.

-WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING
TO 6 AM EST TUESDAY...

-WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 14 to
  18 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

- WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey and southeast New
  York.

-WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 6 AM EST Tuesday.

- IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the morning and evening
  commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

-ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blizzard like conditions possible Monday
  and Monday evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
