Total snow accumulations of 14 to 18 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. - WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey and southeast New York. -WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 6 AM EST Tuesday. - IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible.
