 Some results of Friday 19- Sept  Bogota sporting events

  In the Maroon Invitational meet at Garret Mountain The Bogota Girls Cross Country team finished 10th out of 16 squads that ran in the Girls Varsity Group 1 & 2 race. The highest placed lady Buc runner was Alanah O'Brien finishing at #45.
  In the Boys Junior Varsity group 1&2 race Bogota finished first from the field of 15 other schools. Daniel Rivera won the race by six seconds. Ryan White came in third & Danny Gonzalez placed fifth giving Bogota three of the top ten spots.
  In the Boys Varsity group 1 & 2 race The Boy Bucs finished  on top ahead of the the other 20 schools running.  Bogota placed two runners in the top ten with Quinn Geraghty taking second place and Andy Jaipersaud finishing in tenth.
  Their next meet is  the Passaic County Coaches Invitation at Garret Mountain  in Woodland Park, NJ on 27- Sept.

  The Bogota Soccer club won it's second game of the season with a 6-1 over Bergenfield. This was a Junior Varsity game. Conor McDonnell had a Hat Trick for the second straight game netting 3 goals Gwyneth Trujillo scored 2 goals with Anthony Verdugo adding one more. This moves there record to 2-2. They next play against Waldwick on Monday 22- Sept This will be a Junior Varsity game play at Home at the Soccer field in the Ridgefield Park Section of Overpeck Park.
