Bogota Sports

Results of Bogota Varsity sports from Tuesday-9-January.
The Bogota Bowling Bucs competed against Harrison. They lost 0-7 they are  next scheduled to play against Midland Park on Thursday-11-January. This will take place at the Parkway lanes in Elmwood Park, NJ. This match will start at 4:00p
  The Men's Basketball Bucs traveled to Emerson to play the Cavaliers. Bogota had a two point lead after the first eight minutes of play. The second quarter was all even with Bogota leading 24-22 at half time. The Bucs would add to their lead after the restart with their half court trap limiting Emerson's chances. Bogota would secure the win in the final quater with Argenis Soriano all six of his foul shots allowing Bogota to earn a 59-45 win. Mr. Soriano would finish with a game high of  23 points and lead with 3 Three Point baskets. Tim Uzor would make 2 Three Point Baskets. While Colin McDonnell, Dieker Padrino, and Dequan Johnson would also record a three point basket each. Bogota's record is now 7-1. The next play Palisades Park on Thursday-11-January on the Jay Mahoney Court in Speary Gym. Tip off is scheduled for 7:00p

  The Bogota Lady Bucs basketball team host the Emerson Lady Cavaliers. Bogota was only able to score 3 points in the first quater compared to the 24 scored by Emerson. The Lady Buc would trailed  8 to 34 at the half. They would end up suffering a 14 to 56 lost
  Leyla Merhi had a team high of 5 Points. This included 1 three point basket. Lesly Perarta,Ruby Recro, and Dalecia Ashley also had a three point basket each.
Bogota s record is now 0-7. They next play at Palisades Park on Thursday 11 January with the tip-off schedule for 4:00p
