Scarlets/Bucs Wrestling

 The Bogota-Ridgefield Park Scarlets/Bucs had two matches in two days.

 The first was on Wednesday-10-January against the Ft. Lee Bridgemen. This took place at the Bell Gym in Ridgefield Park. 12 out of the 14 bouts scheduled took place. The Scarlet/Bucs would the first six bouts on their way to a 42-30 win. Daniel Vila at 113 lbs, Marvin Madera at 120 lbs,  Dean Sinisgalli at 132 lbs, Kevin Velasquez at 138 lbs , Adrian Laino at 144 lbs  and Nicholas Buda at 157 lbs all recorded Pin Falls

126: Joaquin Salcedo at 126 lbs and Josh Gesmundo at 165 lbs won by decision.  For Ft. Lee David Mamedov at 150 lbs, 175: Michael Gim at 175 lbs, Myles Beckerman at 190 lbs,  and Matthew Dominguez at 215 lbs all had Pin Fall victories. 

  The next night on 11-January they would travel to Waldwick-Midland Park. Only 8 Bouts from the 14 scheduled were competed. The Scarlets/Bucs' Jaden Lemire at 150 lbs and Nicholas Buda at 157 lbs both recorded Pin Falls. Dean Sinisgalli at 132 lbs scored a Major Decision 14-4, Adrian Laino, at 144 lbs won by the score of 9-5. Waldwick-Midland Park's Giovanni Giardina at 120 lbs scored a Major Decision 9-1, and Jake Abramson at 175 lbs  scored a Major Decision 10-0. Ralph Warner at 165 lbs won by a 4-3 score and Michael Perez at 190 lbs won in a Tie Breaker 5-4.

 Bogota-Ridgefield Park's record is now 4-2. The next compete on Monday-15-January at Demerest with the first Bout scheduled for 11:00a
