The Bogota Public Library host a drawing class for older Students. This was presented by Cali Skrnich who showed the attendees how to create a one point perspective drawing. This type of drawing shows a scene in a more realistic way adding depth and dimension for the viewers eye. After a line drawing was made then Ms Skrnich moved to explaining how added shading will further bring a drawing to life. The class only worked in pencil which meant shading was only a different gradient of the grey scale. However with practice and applying lessons learned from Ms Skrnich the attendants could go from a rough sketch in pencil to a more colourful picture with paint or other mediums.
