Bogota/Ridgefield Park Wrestling

  On Saturday-12-January the Bogota/Ridgefield Park Scarlet Bucs took part in a quad meet at Hasbrouck Heights. They wrestled against the home team,  as well as squads from River Dell,  and Saddle Brook
  Against River Dell, the Scarlet Bucs would suffer a 51-27 defeat.  Of the ten bouts competed  Bogota/Ridgefield Park would  win 4 of them. Andre Ruiz at 120 lbs,  Darius Baez at 126 lbs,  John Perez at 138 lbs would score Pin Falls.  Eris Rosario at 285 lbs would win in Sudden Death.  The Scarlet Bucs would win against Saddle Brook by a score of 45-30. of the nine bouts completed Bogota/Ridgefield Park would win four of them. Louis Culala at 182 lbs, Stephen Papastefanou at 195 lbs, and  Eris Rosario at 285 lbs would win by Pin Falls. Darius Baez at 126 lbs, would record an 8-3 Decision.  Against Hasbrouck Heights, Bogota/Ridgefield Park would win 60-21. Eight bouts would be competed in this match with the Scarlet Bucs had 5 victories.  Adam Albino at 113 lbs,  Darius Baez  at 132 lbs, John Perez at 138 lbs, Stephen Papastefanou at 195 lbs, and  Eris Rosario at 285 lbs would all win by Pin Falls. 
   Bogota/Ridgefield Park 's record by the finish of the weekend would move to 5-5. Their next match will be Wednesday-16-January against Cresskill, this would be held at home in Speary Gym. The first bout is scheduled for 7:00p
