 On Wednesday-4-September two of the Bogota varsity sports teams open their 2019 Fall Season.  The Bogota Soccer Bucs traveled to Hawthorne Christian Academy to play the Defenders.  Hawthorne Christian would score seven times in the first half and add two more after the restart. Bogota would score once in the opening 40 minutes and suffer a 1-9 loss. Andreas  Cabrera recorded the only goal for the Bucs. Sebastian Cabrera would make 14 Saves.  Bogota's record is now 0-1 They next play on Tuesday-10-September against Waldwick. This will be their home opener and be played on  Zakrzewski Field in Olsen Park. The kick-off time is scheduled for 4:00p
  The Bogota Lady Bucs Volleyball team opener their defense of their 2018 Patriot Division and New Jersey Group I Championship at home in Speary Gym. The hosted the Lady Defenders from Hawthorne Christian Academy. Bogota would win 2-0 (25-5 : 25-8).   Nylene Mateo would lead all scores with 14 Kills, Amber Vazquez would have 16 Assists and Julianne Corniel recorded 6 Digs. Bogota's record is now 1-0. The Lady Bucs next play on Saturday-7-September at the Jersey Classic in  Paramus High School. Matches are scheduled to start at 9:00a. Their next league match will be on Tuesday-10-September at Waldwick. First serve is schedule for 4:00p
