Continuing
 You Give Goods" donation page has been set-up. It is looking for at least  2,000 items which will be donated to St. Joseph's.  Items in highest demand are personal and household items, as well as prepackaged bulk donations. This drive is started on Wednesday-16-April and will continue to Saturday-2-May.  All donations will be delivered within 7-10 days at the end of the drive.

  Black Box Performing Arts Center will be hosting a virtual film festival that will feature screening of their past production. The first presentation will be  Romeo and Juliet and continue until Saturday-2-May. Videos will be posted  will be posted at:   https://www.facebook.com/blackboxpac and will be live for 10 days.

Holy Name Hospital will host a virtual Telethon to benefit Holy Name's Covid-19 fund.  This will be lived stream starting at 6:00p and be available on YouTube, Facebook, and Linkedin. There will be personal stories of the Woman and Men who are continuing to work at this time. Donations will go to support Holy Name Hospital's  response efforts, including clinical research, rapid onsite testing, treatment development, tech purchases that keep families and patients connected.

 The Bogota Public Library will host a  weekly for Coding Thursdays. This week's project is called "Intro to the App Lab." Go to https://studio.code.org/users/sign_in. Here, you will create an account. Make sure you have your Parent's permission to do so. After you create an account, scroll down to the bottom. Once you are logged in, Click 'MY DASHBOARD' in the upper left hand corner. Scroll all the way down to the bottom to where it says 'JOIN A SECTION.' Type in the library's teen code HRHZNL. Once you type this in, you will see the assignment 'Dance Party.' This will be available all day Monday.

 The Bogota Public Library will present a  workshop to improve ones job search. This will use Google Search. In this workshop, you will use collaborative tools of G Suite and Google Search to enhance your job search experience.
This workshop is part of the Libraries Lead with Digital Skills program in partnership with the American Library Association and Grow with Google.
