 In early December, a new Café opened at 64 W. Main St. Bogota, NJ. This is called “One Lev” meaning “ One Heart”  with co-founder Mr. Robert Genovese, and Chef Mr. Meny Vanin.
 The style of fare is Mediterranean Soul and will follow Certified Kosher standards. This includes a sink handwashing station by the front door that  will reflect both Certified Kosher standards and something more personal.
 The menu is hung on the top of the wall behind the display counter. Some of the items available include: Bourekas, a flaky pastry  with a variety of fillings. Basta: handcrafted pastry savory and sweet baked goods. Shakshuka: a Chef Meny signature dish with Poached eggs in a slow-simmer tomato sauce with toasted pita bread. Handheld “Levva-Bowls” with Hummus and a choice of a number of fillings.
  Drinks include House Espressos,  House Drip & Cold Brews, Teas, Matcha & Chai Lattes along with Hot Chocolate in season. Other offerings include Smoothies and Shakes, House made sweets and soft serve.
 Seating is limited but will offer a walk by service during the warmer weather.
 Currently their hours are from 8:00a to 4:00p Sundays to Fridays.
 Their plan is to offer: “ A higher standard in hospitality, where intention is felt in every detail and every meal has a heartbeat. Where Certified Kosher isn’t a boundary but an invitation, inclusive, inspiring, and made for everyone who values food with soul.”
