  The Bogota Public Library has set out a box to collect old, and used Crayola coloured makers. Makers collected will be send to the Crayola company to be reprocessed. For more information please visit ther web site at;  http://www.crayola.com/colorcycle

  A Family Orchard Terrace is still searching for their lost dog . This family is serving as a Foster Home for this Dog who will answer to the name Cleo or Celine. She is a 2 year Shepard mix Brown and Black in colour.  The foster family reported Cleo missing on Wednesday 16-Dec after arriving home from work finding a window broken and Cleo missing. Cleo was last seen wearing a red collar decorated with images of bones on it.  Cleo may be familiar with the area along River Rd. She is described as "fearful" and may ran from strangers.  Cleo has been with her Foster Family for only a few weeks so she may be looking for an older home, or more familiar surroundings.

   All of the month of April is Food For Fines at the Bogota Public Library. For the entire month of April The Bogtoa Public Library will accept donation of food in lieu of payment for overdue fines.  Food products that must be  non-perishable item. Donation can be canned goods, boxed or bag item that are not damage , and are not yet expired.  Glass containers will not be accepted. All item donated will then be forwarded to the St. Joseph's food pantry.

  Every Thursday and Friday until 15-April, The Bogota Public Library in partnership AARP is offer tax preparation.  This is a free service, however an appointment must be scheduled in advanced. One hour session will be available for either day from 10:15a to 4:00p.   To register for this event, or for more information please  about this please call 201-488-7185

  The Bogota High School Class of 2016 will host a first of its kind Tricky Tray and Fashion event. This will take place in the Bogota High School Cafeteria with the doors opening at 6:30p Tickets are priced at $20.00, which will include admission, refreshments, and $10 worth of raffle tickets, and available at the door.  Advance purchased ticket will include a $20 discount card.  A number of business will supply the fashion to be displayed. Models will be members of the Senior graduation class of 2016. There will also by some original designs by Senior Justin DeMoya for SUS Clothing.

 The Bogota Borough Council will be holding their regular Council meeting  and work session starting at 7:30p. It will take place in the Council Chambers of Borough Hall. Borough Hall is located at 375 Larch Ave. Bogota, NJ.  This meeting is open to the public.

   The Bogota Library will  host the Hudson Shakespeare Company  when they present  their Production of the play "Almost Maine" this will be a series of vignettes about the town of Almost, Maine.     The Bogota Public Library will present its newest club called Coffee, Cookies, and Colouring. This is designed to have a moment of relaxation by joining other for some cookies & coffee while passing the time to do some colouring. This is open to anyone 16 years of age or over.  The weekly " Meet the Mayor"  event will take place in the office of Mayor Chris Keleman  This is open to any Bogota resident who would to ask the Mayor a question about  Bogota, or to discuss any matter to help improve the quality of life in the Borough. Anyone who wishes just to have an informal conversation with the Mayor is also welcome to attend. Meetings will be held on a first come basis. This will run from 5:00p to 7:00p in the Mayor's office. His office is on in Bogota Borough Hall located at 375 Larch Ave. Bogota, NJ.
