  The Bogota Public Library has set out a box to collect old, and used Crayola coloured makers. Makers collected will be send to the Crayola company to be reprocessed. For more information please visit ther web site at;  http://www.crayola.com/colorcycle

  A Family Orchard Terrace is still searching for their lost dog . This family is serving as a Foster Home for this Dog who will answer to the name Cleo or Celine. She is a 2 year Shepard mix Brown and Black in colour.  The foster family reported Cleo missing on Wednesday 16-Dec after arriving home from work finding a window broken and Cleo missing. Cleo was last seen wearing a red collar decorated with images of bones on it.  Cleo may be familiar with the area along River Rd. She is described as "fearful" and may ran from strangers.  Cleo has been with her Foster Family for only a few weeks so she may be looking for an older home, or more familiar surroundings.

   All of the month of April is Food For Fines at the Bogota Public Library. For the entire month of April The Bogota Public Library will accept donation of food in lieu of payment for overdue fines.  Food products that must be  non-perishable item. Donation can be canned goods, boxed or bag item that are not damage , and are not yet expired.  Glass containers will not be accepted. All item donated will then be forwarded to the St. Joseph's food pantry.

Bogota 
   The next lecture in the Bogota Libraries Smarty Pants Series will be about the saving of Radio City Music Hall from Redevelopment.  This will be given by former Dance Captain of the Radio City Ballet Company  Rosemary Novellino- Means.  Ms Novellino will discuss how she and others worked to save this New York City Landmark.This will start at 7:00p and be held  second floor Seniors Center.  This is a free event, but anyone attending is asked to register with the Library in advance.    To register for this event, or for more information please  about this and other Library events visit their web site at :  http://www.bogotapubliclibrary.org/

Monday-18-April

   The Bogota, Ridgefield Park, & Montvale along with the NJ Honor Legion  Police Unity Tour Riders will host a Social night on Monday -18- April from 6:00p to 10:00p This will take place at the 101 Pub located at 101 Queen Anne Rd. Bogota, NJ. Tickets are $25 per person and will be available at the door. This is a fundraising event of the police Unity Tour.    The Police Unity Tour was started in 1997 in Florham Park, NJ with 18 riders in order to raise awareness of follow Offices killed in the line of duty, and to help raise fund for the families of fallen Officers.  It now has over 1700 members worldwide and works with National Law Enforcement Officer's Memorial and Museum in Washington DC. The Bogota Library will host its Mighty Makers Art Lab. This session will be on how to learn to paint still life. Space is limited please contact the Library to see is any spots are available.   This is open to anyone 16 years of age or older.

 The weekly " Meet the Mayor"  event will take place in the office of Mayor Chris Keleman  This is open to any Bogota resident who would to ask the Mayor a question about  Bogota, or to discuss any matter to help improve the quality of life in the Borough. Anyone who wishes just to have an informal conversation with the Mayor is also welcome to attend. Meetings will be held on a first come basis. This will run from 5:00p to 7:00p in the Mayor's office. His office is on in Bogota Borough Hall located at 375 Larch Ave. Bogota, NJ.
