* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost
  formation.

* WHERE...In New Jersey, Hudson County. In New York, New York
  (Manhattan), Bronx and Southern Nassau Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 8 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
  left uncovered.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS..

Steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. To prevent
freezing and possible bursting of outdoor water pipes they should
be wrapped, drained, or allowed to drip slowly. Those that have
in-ground sprinkler systems should drain them and cover above-
ground pipes to protect them from freezing.
