On Thursday-5-June, for the 2025 Bogota Week of the Arts the E. Roy Bixby School welcomed performers from the Bogota Middle School. The first to take the stage was the Middle School Dance Club. The Middle School Dance teacher Ms. Catherine DeLorenzo explained the types of dancing that will be performed. These styles included Ballet, Modern, and Interpretive dance. There would be Solo, Duets, Trios, and groups performing different numbers. Ms. DeLorenzo told the Bixby Students that many of the dances were choreographed by the Student that performed them. She asked those in the Audience to look for dances that also include props as part of the performance.
Then the Students from the Middle School Drama program improvised scenes from ideas said by Bixby Students.
