  The Borough has started a Hometown Heroes Banner program. This will allow residents of Bogota to honor a family member who serviced in the Armed Servies. The cost of a banners will be $150.00 payable to the Borough of Bogota. Note:
Registration for the 2025 Bogota Summer Camp is now open. The camp will run from Monday-30-June to Friday-8-August from 9:00a to 4:00p. It will be held at the Recreation Center at 162 W. Main St. Bogota

The Bogota Public Library will have a Crochet Workshop at 6:00p. It will be held in the second floor Seniors Centre.  Students from age 12-18 are invited to join and learn the basics of crochet. Projects can include stuffed animals, clothes, and other geeky goodies. Registration required. The Bogota Public Library Summer Reading theme this year is Craft Your World. This will start with Mr. Tommy with stories that will be full of fun adventures. This Storytime is perfect for kids ages 3-6. Register one spot per child. Register one spot per child.  Starting at 10:30a. Friday-4-July
Ridgefield Park, NJ
The Village of Ridgefield Park will hold their 131th Fourth of July Celebration
-7:30a there will be a reading of the Decoration of Independence at the Memorial Plaza. This will be followed by the raising of the Pearl Harbor American Flag.
-8:00a the Ridgefield Park Volunteer Fire Department will have a review of the Officers and Equipment at the Firefighter Memorial. Both will be held on Euclid Ave.
-9:00a the Baby and Youth Parade will start. This will begin at the corner of Popular St. and Euclid Ave.
-11:00a the Main Civic Parade will start at Preston St. and Hudson Ave. It will move to Main St. and end at Brinkerhoff St.
-7:30p the Rutherford Community Band will perform in Biggs Stadium followed by the Ridgefield Park Fireworks show.
After Ridgefield Park Fireworks are over the Bergen County Firework show will take place. The Public is welcomed to stay in Biggs Stadium to view the fireworks form Overpeck Park.
