On Saturday-16-August the Isabel’s School of Dance held their latest Dance class in the Park. This week’s class was to learn Salsa and was taught by Ms. Lupe Arango. There were two sessions available. The first was for younger Students from Pre-School to first grade. The half a dozen young Students were joined by their Parents.
Ms. Arango began the class with a few warm-up exercises. Then she slowly displayed a number of different steps as the students followed. The class ended with everyone dancing to one song.
The next session was for older students and Adults. This time a few students joined their parents for more dancing. Ms. Arango showed a few steps, then they dance for the rest of the session.
The next Dancing in the Park will be on Saturday-23-August at 10:00a. It will be held on the Band Stand in Olsen Park. This is a free event and open to the Public.
