Leaf season is from Monday-13-October until Monday-22-December. Homeowners are allowed to place raked, leaves and grass cutting in the street, along the curb, in front of their residents. It is asked that the piles be placed in such a way as not to interfere with traffic, and away from storm sewers and drain to prevent flooding, or other water build-up. Leaf Season is schedule to end on Monday-23-December after that date all yard waste must be placed in brown leaf bags for pick-up.

The Ridgefield Park Elks Lodge # 1506 will host an All you can eat Breakfast. This will start at 8:30a to 11:30a Prices are $15.00 for Adults and $8.00 for student 8 and under. The Breakfast will feature an Omelets & Waffle station, w/ Pancakes, Bacon, Sausage, French toast, & scrambled eggs. Also, pastries, cereal along with Coffee, Tea, Milk & Juice.
